The most common sleep-related problems are insomnia and excessive daytime drowsiness.

Insomnia is defined as difficulty sleeping or continuing, waking up early, or sleeping badly, making sleep seem inadequate or unfreeze.

Excessive daytime drowsiness indicates abnormal drowsiness or automatic daytime drowsiness.

Difficulty sleeping and difficulty sleeping and waking up earlier than usual are common symptoms for older people. Statistics show that adults suffer from chronic insomnia, and some suffer from insomnia from time to time.

If sleep is disturbed, a person may not be able to perform normally during the day. People with insomnia or excessive daytime drowsiness feel sleepy, tired and emotionally emotional during the day, making it difficult to focus and do a variety of tasks. People with excessive daytime drowsiness may sleep spontaneously at work or while driving.

·         Insomnia usually causes excessive daytime sleepiness, but excessive daytime drowsiness has other causes besides insomnia

·         Insomnia and excessive daytime drowsiness may be caused by bad sleep habits, and may also result from a medical problem

·         A patient with insomnia, helped by sleep regulation or minor lifestyle changes, helps fix the problem

·         If a person has long-term insomnia, you are at risk of other health problems

·         Insomnia caused by any cause leads to daytime drowsiness

·         Frequent shift changes in employment

·         Air travel to a different time zone

·         Stay awake until very late

There are many types of insomnia:

Difficulty sleeping (insomnia begins to sleep)

Often, when a person does not rest their minds before bed, and continues to think and worry, it becomes difficult to sleep. Also, sometimes when it's time for normal sleep, the body is not ready to sleep. Here, the internal clock of the body is out of sync with the Earth's dark cycle, which can occur in many situations, such as delayed sleep stages, working hours in shifts, and jet lag.

Difficulty sleeping and waking up early (insomnia tries to keep sleeping)

People with this type of insomnia can usually sleep, but they wake up after a few hours and find it difficult to go back to sleep. Some people may feel anxious, sleep deprivation. Sleep-keeping insomnia is more common in older adults than younger adults. This type of insomnia can occur in people who use certain substances (such as caffeine, alcohol or tobacco), take certain medications or suffer from certain sleep disorders.

Such as sleep neap, or periodic limb movement disorder, in patients of all age groups.

The cause can usually be determined based on the patient's description of the current problem and the results of a physical examination. Many patients have obvious problems, such as poor sleeping habits, stress or shift work, and many types of sleeping pills are used.
